The team consisted of six individuals. The group was split into two – one focusing on the interactive retail space, and the other one on the interactive product. One individual in each group was designated as a project manager. The role of the project manager was to stay consistent and communicate with the project manager for the other group. Our team, however, took the approach of working collectively. We delegated tasks to the individual whom was most appropriate for the task. Other team members also worked to support this individual. Ultimately there were still two project managers, but the concept generation and outline work was done together. This was effective because our team opted for good communication lines between each other, while still being able to focus on individual tasks that were assigned to contribute to the project stages.
